The RMS Inverter System is an energy efficient, high density power quality solution for single and dual phase AC critical applications. These systems are designed to be housed in a relay rack frame or in a standard 19 inch cabinet. The RMS utilizes CE+T’s TSI MEDIA 1,500 VA modular inverters as the scalable building block for custom configured systems. The MEDIA inverter modules feature CE+T’s unique Enhanced Power Conversion (EPC) function. The EPC feature allows the user to select either its AC or DC input power as its primary supply to provide the most energy efficient, clean, reliable power to their critical loads.
The RMS Inverter System uses 120VAC or 120/240VAC voltage and -48VDC input power. Each module converts the incoming power to a high voltage DC and generates a clean AC source for output power. Uninterrupted output power is constantly delivered when at least one of the input sources is present.
The RMS Inverter System includes a termination and control box for customer access and connection of input and output AC wiring and isolated connections for DC input wiring. All RMS Systems include a maintenance bypass switch, AC input / output, and DC input circuit breakers, all for safe access and isolation.
RMS Systems can be configured in Single or Dual phase solutions.
